Hi! My name is Yvi Goddard and I am the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of EVG HR Solutions.
My vision is to serve small businesses and provide them accessibility to their HR needs.
With 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, I worked in various HR specialties including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and learning & development. Backed by a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Central Florida and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, I am passionate about helping small businesses thrive.
